Qualtrics Updates

Collaboration Codes:

As some of you may have noticed, Qualtrics recently made an update to the process for collaborating surveys. Collaboration codes are no longer necessary! You can read the updated step-by-step process in the Qualtrics University here:

However, LTS has a couple additional Leeds-specific reminders about collaborating surveys.

1. If you have more than one account associated with your email address, a collaborated survey will appear in the first one you log into, so if you can’t find a survey but have additional accounts, please check there before contacting LTS.

2. When someone collaborates a survey with you, whether it is within Leeds or from an external colleague, you will receive an email notification that contains a “Login Now” button. This button will not work for Leeds users. This is a result of our use of single sign on with the CU Active directory. This issue has been escalated to Qualtrics and we hope to have an update in the near future. In the meantime, open your web browser of choice and navigate to and login with your CU credentials to access a collaborated survey.
