Avoid Going Over Quota!

The Office of Information Technology offers a free, easy to use service that allows you to securely send large files to users both on and off campus. The Large File Transfer service is a great tool for avoiding large attachments in email, and is also a great solution for researchers who need to share large datasets. More information can be found at the official website:  http://oit.colorado.edu/file-transfer

Free software, anyone?

Working at home on an aging computer that could use a face-lift, or just looking to run the most cutting-edge version of software? Look no further!

Faculty, staff and student employees have access to download tons of great software from Microsoft at no cost! The Work-At-Home Program is a part of campus-wide agreement with Microsoft that  allows you to install fully licenced software on personally owned computers that are used for "work purposes".

Software for download:

  • Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise (x32 bit, x64 bit)
  • Microsoft Office 2010
  • Microsoft Office 2011 (for Mac)
